I got some rumours about the first episode which airs on Sunday.
Apparently in the first episode alone there is a murder, suicide, maiming, and someone dies from a heart attack. There's also a BIG surprise in the last 3 minutes of the episode. Finally, Furio is listed in the credits, but only for this episode.

I didn't care for the premier. The whole thing felt rushed to me, like someone was shoving me out the door. I thought Eugene being a rat was lame. How many rats are there? Honestly, I don't think there is an honest person left in the family.
I loved Junior shooting Tony. lol When I was watching that scene, I felt like I was watching an old mob movie. lol
I hope they do better with the second episode. I'm going to watch it later today.

I re-watched the premier... yeah, not a good idea to watch something like the Sopranos when you've had Tylenol, cough syrup and Cepacol. lol
I enjoyed the premier, and it didn't seem as rushed the second time. I still don't like the fact that Eugene was a rat, though.
I loved the shots they used every time William Burroughs introduced a new soul.
I was at the Sopranos forum earlier... man, were some people unhappy with the new episode. It's really unfortunate that so many people watch the show just for the sex and violence. They're missing so much. lol
Here's the poem for anyone interested:

I'm wondering if Tony will die, and Chase is going to go through the seven souls throughout the season. Some people are saying Kevin Finnity is his secret name.

I just finished watching it. I'm glad he's finally up. We probably still have a couple more episodes of him in the hospital, though.
I couldn't believe Chris threw the Ade shit in Tony's face. Chris probably should have been clipped for that shit. lol I got a feeling Tony is gonna do some major spring cleaning when he's better. Starting with Vito.

Yeah, Chris is over the edge with that shit, but Tony might not react negatively, he may in fact let him slide...Its very hard to tell the direction that this show may go...This is definitely not what I expected from the new season, if anything, it is beyond...
The dream, what an amazing sequence...The whole idea with the briefcase, the family reunion...All awesome...
I tihnk AJ is about to turn into thug #1...he can't stay in school for shit, everybody is on his ass, he has all the makings of a Hoodlum...And to be honest with you, I wouldn't be shocked if Meadow and AJ start running the family to end the show..
