I bought a dvd that wont play at all in the dvd player in my living room. It makes a hell of a noise when you put it in and the picture jumps around and finally freezes. Works fine on the computer though.

Yeah, it's official. It's the DVD player. I put in the new DVDs last night and they fucked up, too.

have you tried using a dvd lens cleaner... maybe that's the problem???
