True... nothing like a good old fashioned nipple twisting to get the blood pumping eh Raum?

What is the point of interrogating anyone if all you can do is yell at them for short periods of time and maintain a safe and proper distance from them at all times? What the hell is that?

QUOTE(raum)I've endured worse. Me too... I'm on my third marriage.

Does this new manual mention the playing of loud music? I remember that was seen as "torture" during Panama.

The manual says you can't even have a dog barking aggressively in front of a prisoners face anymore. That†™‚¢‚¢¢¢¬…¡‚¬‚¢¢¢¬…¾

‚¢s how P.C. it has gotten. I'm so glad I'm not there trying to get info with my hands tied behind my back anymore.

Q: Tell us what we want to know!
A: No.

Q: Tell us now!
A: No.

Q: Come on....
A: No.

Q: I'll let you stay up an extra half hour after the other prisoners.
A: No.

Hell, I've seen worse on playgrounds, but not as bad as three weddings. Still, people act like we are using techniques like the Spanish Inquisitors on them.

Damn, Bruce, you have a special place reserved in the halls of martyrs.

Seriously, though, if you are ever planning on becoming a Rosicrucian, Mason, or the like, and you get some old school people, like the ones who do the real deal of stealing you away in the middle of the night from your home, and testing the merit of your Soul through tribulation - you might endure worse than a dog bark.

I certainly imagine so raum, but does that mean that the leading country of the world has to use them?

I thought we were the civilized people here. that we learned - amongst others from the inquisition you mention... no? that we were setting the example?

i think that this revision is nothing more than normal and that it does not even go far enough.

fucking LEAD BY EXAMPLE!

or is that too difficult to do and is it just easier to bark around (figuratively speaking)?!

oh. I guess it is... and that it indeed it does lead to better results.... IN THE SHORT RUN!!!

but where the fuck will it lead us in the future, aye?!

2. Tie their hands behind their back, sit them in a chair, and put electrical wires hooked up to a 5000 watt power source around their ears and on their temples. Slowly turn up the gain until they either shit on themselves or tell you what you want to know.

Brains,

MILITARY personnel, such as this governs, are not CIVILIANS. They are not "free men". They are not "fair forces", they are the instrument of human cruelty and force needed to extend the providence of CIVILITY. They meet force with force; and exceed in every advantage they can.

The principles of civility have NO place in military execution. This is THE ONLY reason and means by which I disagree with the president. You can not declare war on a tactic, you declare war on those EMPLOYING the tactic against you, your allies, or premptively: you strike without mercy and without reservation.

The President's challenge is that the enemy he faces is not a nation defined by borders, but a series of cults defined by an ideology who use the measures of desperation available to them.

meanwhile, we struggle every step of the way to clarify what it is we are doing, and who we are, and more importantly AREN'T attacking.

and we are doing the unheard of, making allies in a time of war never works. you pick up the pieces AFTER your enemy surrenders.
if your enemy fails to protect their citizenry, that is bully on them.

WAR IS SUPPOSED TO BE HELL. In fact, by lessening that aspect of it, you make it an acceptable prolonged state, and an inevitable conclusion of conflict.

This is why I oppose the U.N. It defies the evolution of human society. I would have dropped a clean implosive nuke on Afghanistan's Tora Bora region.

and said, "lest we forget Nagasaki, we must remember Hiroshima."
