Go to the site below and then click on the java applet.

It is a film of a basketball game..you have to concentrate and count how many times the white team pass the ball.
Then watch it again, but don't concentrate and/or attempt to count the number of passes
See if the second time you see something that you didn't the first time around.
Warning the applet is 6Mb so takes a couple of minutes to load.
We did this with an audience of 300 people and less than 10 saw it the first time around

Hmmm quite cool. I see what the video tries to show. Sometimes if you concentrate on something too hard you cant see whats right in front of you.
