I'm baaack!

Hello ladies!

Going to try and see if I can get my ass in order and visit the forums much more often - I think I've only visited here on a day-to-day basis near the end of last year, which is kinda sad. Life got fairly busy for me for a bit, which was the main reason I wasn't on here as much as I would've liked.

I see there's a whole bunch of new people around; great to see!
There's about 6000 unread posts or so for me to go through, so it'd be awesome if some of you could bring me up to speed with what's new around here, and in your lives (provided it didn't make it onto the news).

I should also probably mention that I'm technically on holiday at the moment, and am really only at the internet cafe because the weather here is absolutely crappy. If it clears up a bit, then hopefully I'm flying out at the end of today, otherwise I'll be stuck here for a few more.

When I get back, I'm also intending to upgrade the forums to phpBB3 final, rather than some random release candidate. This is only meant as a bit of a 'heads up'. There might be a bit of downtime when that happens, but I'll give you all a proper shout when we get closer.

Ahh, glad to see you back my friend...Truth be told, your story is probably a slight variation of everyone's here, including my own...These last couple of months have been pretty slow, my spotty net access these days and everyone else like Diz, DD, raum, x3n, etc on to bigger and better things in RL...

Luckily for us, HW and Jig and Buff have been carrying the load...Good ole gold group...And, can't forget about steady tt, who has a new and well deserved rank...

Seriously, Uber is right. I think everyone is busy. I have been dealing with tons of RL and Work crap that has kept me form posting. I haven't written anything in The Word for ages and I've only read a couple of things there. I am on every day, but I just don't have much time to post. When I check the New Posts, there have been days where in 24 hours we got 3 new posts. That says something. Things do seem to be picking up and a few new members are really adding some value, which is great to see. Now hopefully I can get my own butt in gear and add some stuff.
