Here's a real simple way.
->Go to ImageShit (http://imageshack.us)
->Click on the browse button on the screen and locate the file you want to upload
->click OK
->Click the Upload button on the screen
-When it is done, scroll to right at the bottom of the page where it says "here is a direct link to your image"
->highlight the URL (click and drag) in that box, then hold down the Control button and press C
->Come to this thread, and in the post type "
->post the message!
Whola! It's done!
