K-1 Fighting

YO..!!

K-1 is my shit...I think it's an awesome, awesome sport...Showcase...Or, whatever...It has a reputation for being violent, but I don't think that it is so much...I mean, it's not the Kumite, but...Some fighters get BUSY...

As a former kickboxer, and I do mean former, let me tell you, I'll have to say that it's my favorite discipline...It has all the fundamentals of boxing, with the sheer brutality of knees and elbows to crack heads...Nothing like kicking a guy in the thigh, and watch him struggle to wonder why he can't move...

I must give props to Ju-Jitsu though...Anything else, and well, you just might get killed in a K-1 fight...I need to try and download a few...

Please do, I haven't heard of it before, but it sounds awesome. I've studied jiu jitsu and tae kwon do in the past (distant) and know the discipline it takes to get good at one, much less two or three.

yea this shit kicks ass. i love martial arts. im in tae kwon do and im a red/black belt and a student teacher, but even then ju-jitsu is way more dangerous. UFC, K1, all good shit! THUMBS UP!
