You'll need to find the manual for your router for starters. It'll have the details on how to enable NAT and set specific ports for port forwarding.

I'm not sure what ports your eMule program is using - I don't have eMule myself right now. There must be somewhere in the program itself (in one of the menus) that'll tell you what ports it is currently trying to use.

If you have a software firewall, you may have to configure it to allow those ports access too.

If you are having trouble, post the make and model of your router (or whatever string of things you are using to connect to the internet) and any software firewalls you might have running. I'm no networking guru but if we know what your setup is like we can be specific in helping you get it going. Yeh, basically, just find out the ports eMule uses (can't remember off the top of my head, but it's both UDP and TCP), and read your router manual to work out how to do port forwarding and stuf..

Yeah, I did a quick Google search earlier. I had to do the same thing for Shareaza... with help from a friend of course. lol I'll look into it tomorrow. Too late to get into it now...
