Yeah, I can't get it to work either. I copy/paste the links and hit start but it just sits there and says "waiting" for like an hour... am I missing something?

Well, if you have a premium account to plug in there, it works great..! Otherwise, you have to wait an hour or so anyway...It is useful, because you can simply plug the links into it and they will download when they can...If you have not been able to ever get it to work, I suggest that you check your firewall settings and things like that...

Ok, maybe I am doing something wrong too.

I downloaded the Rapget.

Installed.

Then I add the link (s) I want to download to the address bar and push the plus sign.

Then I push the green button.

From there the time elapsed just keeps going up but nothing is downloaded. What am I doing wrong?

Check for firewall access and things like that...Also, you have to make sure that the link you want is still available...Try copy and pasting it in your browser first, and then if it works from your browser, you probably have an access issue...

It is Click from the movie section. And, it does work.

Since I am a gubber, I disabled my anti-virus and also turned off my windows XP firewall. Do you happen to know what port the Rapget tries to use so I can put that in my DSL router?

It really shouldn't take all of that...Have you went into the program and specified the settings you want it to use..? As in where to put the downloaded file and things like that..?

I did go in and put to download them to the desktop. It asks for proxy settings, but I don't think I need that filled in. When I put the links in the bar and add them to the list, it does nothing. I don't know how I can fuck up something this simple.

When you click the big "Start" button, information should show up on the right side...What does it say..?

Ok, trying again. When I first do it it has a wait time of 5 minutes. Have to change that.... waiting.

Now, on the right side the File name is filled in, the Elapsed time is going up in seconds and the stats just says loading file.

I see you uploaded Snakes on a Plane. Should I try that one since it is fresh?
