The legal definition of harassment, according to Black's Law Dictionary, is:

"A course of conduct directed at a specific person that causes substantial emotional distress in such person and serves no legitimate purpose" or "Words, gestures, and actions which tend to annoy, alarm and abuse (verbally) another person."

Now, the cats meow cannot be DIRECTED at anyone. So, the Harassment is a bunch of crap. And, the kid cannot control when and where the cat chooses to meow... but, one cannot determine what is annoying to a person. Anybody can be annoyed by anything.

Better yet, get a restraining order so he has to ride in the travel trailer and not in the car.

But how would I get lots of easy cash from him that way. I'd sue him for pain and suffering with triple damages. Of course, he's about as poor as I am. His ex raped him in court. And she was cheating on HIM! That's why I hate lawyers and the court system.

This is the second or third time you've mentioned a cat... I don't know if you're just trying to be funny, but there's no cat!

There was a cat initially that the old woman said was bothering her by getting in her yard (puhleeze!) The family of the boy gave the cat to a family member and now she's saying that the boy is harassing her by 'meowing'.

End of synopsis.

Thus... there was a cat. I would have just stuck to the "The cat did it" story if I were him.

The cat doesn't really have anything to do with it, though... the case is about the boy meowing.
