Do you really think that Russia will go nuclear over this? Sure they are gonna be pissed and will do something but I don't think they'll drop a nuke

I agree, DD. There's definitely gonna be trouble. It made not have been a devastating hit on their economy or population, but it was still a devastating hit.

That church was a major tourist draw to St. Petersburg. It's an icon of the Russian people so they're gonna take it seriously.

damn that sucks. reminds me of these thousands year old buddhas (10-20 meters in height) the taliban destroyed at the end of the 90'ies.
if this was terrorism - somehow I doubt it - i am curious to see how russia will respond indeed. they have been moderate in their approach to this global problem up to now.
