Thats the problem with our legal system... you can sue until YOU run out of money.

this kind of stories makes u want to hit some guys on their heads with heavy bricks. that goes for the stupid guys suing and the lawyers who represent them.
u'd think that lawyers are supposed to have common sense. shows u their just out for money.
i hope this same exact thing happens to these lawyers and someone sues their asses off. that would be justice!
...let's just hope the judge is blessed with a sense of what's right and wrong.
at least the lottery commission showed enough sense to render the right decision. and, i do think they should have the final say in such disputes.
these kinds of stories should have been placed in the funnies section!

maybe i missed it sumwhere in the article but how on earth did the dumbass that threw the ticket away prove that it was his ticket????
Was it just because the guy always goes through his trash?? i mean the guy coulda found it in any1's trash....

Thats a good point.
The problem with the legal system is ANYBODY can sue for ANYTHING. If you've got the money, the legal system has the time.

Liberal judges and weak people = this kind of crap. People are scared to stand up for what they believe because people will sue them for anything now.
