Never discount the effectiveness of a gallon of gas and a match. It can be VERY persuasive. /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />

OK ruff, I'm beside put off by this shit, it makes no sense...

How much would it cost me, to have you contact your lawyer and draft a letter on my behalf..? Not nothing that threatens to sue, but to kindly say, "Look, I'm tired of fucking you ignoring my emails, I'm letting you know right now, that if you don't get your shit together, you'll be getting a not so nice letter from me..." ?

this in no way consists of legal advice from a lawyer, or me

writing a letter threatening to write a letter?

have you seen how well that works for the UN? /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />

-------

My lawyers don't do this kind of work, and say beware the fact that each industry and sector has its own provisions.

based on that, they withhold the request for pro-bono legal advice, which tends to be the most ineffectual, mainly because a lawyer in their professional field can rip apart a lawyer doing "good deed" outside of their field of knowledge.

he only mentioned that, to them, this sounds like information propriety or at most, intellectual property. the awards in those cases are almost exclusively contingent upon the earning DUE to the bad practices, plus perhaps a hardship allowance, and of course legal fees.

in fact, though, most of the time the potential legal fees can be steep enough that you csan settle out of court for more than you would be awarded in proceedings.

Three lawyers sounded off on this informally, and stated thereabouts the same opinion. Contact customer service, document EVERYTHING, be respectful AND ASSERTIVE. Evaluate and itemize the data in as much as you can.

None of these lawyers would offer official opinion, because they work in other fields and much of their knowledge only applies to market behaviorism and energy legislation. they could only speculate that the information and internet aw sectors have their own provisions as well.

So basically, I need a specialist...

I'm just tired man, truly...If I was half ass paying for the service, that'd be one thing...but I've been paying faithfully - Even when through no fault of mine we lost the first 30 GB of data and I didn't hear shit from them...

At this point, I just want to let dude know we can do this however he wants to do it...He don't wanna give me my files and refund me my cake, then I'm just gonna have to start slipping them pink slips....

Bascially, I am paying for a service, and if you go to http://www.ayhja.us/ you can see that this service is not active...I have all my documented payments, as they were done via Paypal...Firs thing I am going to do is if I don't hear from him before that subscription renews, I'm going to pursue him through Paypal...That'll be a small victory in itself...

But if I have to find a specialist in this field to get me some results, so be it...
