How can I not reply to thread titled "Go Gators!"
The Gators looked good, and I'm glad they picked up the big win in Knoxsville.

I was also happy to see FSU get beat at home by Clemson, as well as Miami getting hammered by Louisville.
Miami stomped on their logo before the game started, and to retaliate, Louisville stomped all over Miami.

I hope people around the country will start to realize that Miami-FSU game that's way over-hyped every year on ESPN just ain't what
it used to be

Urban Meyer is one hell of a coach! It's good to see him making some waves down south.

It was also surprisingly nice (for me at least) to see them run the spread option a few times. When I first heard that Meyer was going to bring the option to UF football, I thought, "There goes the game we know and love down here." But it really didn't change the focus of the game too much; we're still primarily an air attack team, but the option opens up the possibilities quite nicely. And that Freshman quarterback from my area had a few nice runs too.

I think this may be Florida's year for another Title, and if I'm not mistaken, they'll be the first team to win National Titles in Basketball and Football in the same year...

It's entirely possible, but we've got a shit load of talent to get thru before we can even start thinking about it. And yes, no college has EVER won a Nat'l Championship in Basketball and Football the same year. So that sort of jinxes us, but we got the mojo risin!

I don't think they'll win the BCS this year. Ohio State, WV, Auburn, and even Oregon is looking really good this year. I don't think Florida can do it
