Yes oldgoalie, too bad there's not much interest in hockey here. Especially with the playoffs about to start! I watched the final game of the season between Toronto and Montreal and what a classic it was! It was one of those games where neither team deserved to win and make the playoffs.
I think Buffalo is the class of the East (although I'll be pulling for Ottawa).
Out of the west, I think Detroit will make it. (Although I'll be pulling for Vancouver to set up an all-Canada finals!)

Pens got wacked in the first game, but they are young. Look for a rebound in game 2
GO PENS!

I need to find me a hockey team to start pulling for, maybe it will help me ease into the sport better...Heh, I guess I'll pull for the Crosby kid..!
And oh...I realize this is slightly off topic but...None of you hockey guys have avatars...Would I need to get rid of mine to enjoy the sport, hahaha....

Heh, another Crosby fan? He's the real deal. Hit every time he's near the puck, Boo'ed by the Ottawa fans everytime he touches the puck, but gets the game winner!
Game 2 final
Pens 4 Ottawa 3

Not a good day to be a Pens fan. Down 3 games to 1 and facing elimination tonight. Ottawa has been tough!! Look for the Pens tonight!

ottawa has clearly been the better team in the series.
but, i was proud of how the boys played last night....fluky goal for the sens in the first period.
it's good to see the wizard of croz get his first taste of playoff experience. he was leading the playoffs in scoring at one point.
even if the pens lose tomorrow, it's been a great year.

Crosby certainly impressed in this series. I can see what the hype is all about.
The chance of an all-Canada cup final is still alive with the Canucks' game 7 win! (But I bet the odds aren't to good...)

Well, halfway through the 07-08 season and the Sens are in good shape. After getting whacked big time in the finals last year, maybe they'll do it this year!
