We have a regional cookoff at one of locations every year.

Last year was Louisiana, this year is around Houston, at the power plants, usually.

So, we from headquarters up in the Princeton, NJ area are cooking cheesesteaks, and pasta.

I am the corporate veteran on the cooking team.
