I thought them doing the whole 'fall of Gwen Stacy' thing was kinda cool, don't want to spoil it for anybody, but that particular moment was a dark time in the Spidey comics...

At any rate, this would have been a compelling story if it simply revolved around venom...But they overloaded it, and ended up making a mess out of it...Dark Parker came across as kinda goofy, and if you didn't read the books or watch the cartoon, I would think you'd either be missing out on a whole lot, or not caring...

I'm glad Dunst isn't doing Mary Jane no more if they make a sequal...Mary Jane is a fox, and that she's just...Meh..Cute, but not hot...

I didn't think much of it, didn't really care for the other two for that matter, but I'm just not a Spider-Man fan in that regard...

Man the movie just wasn't that good at all. In fact I was pretty pissed off after watching it yesterday. Like 60% of the movie was full on soap opera. The fight scenes weren't even that spectacular. The CGI looked hella fake. The sandman dude was pretty cool though.

Overall though the movie was pretty disappointing.

The best part of this movie was the opening trailer for the new Fantastic Four movie, Rise of the Silver Surfer. Hopefully it will be than Spiderman 3.

Just thought I'd drop in my two cents into this all.

Spider man 3 had its moments. It wasnt like the other two. It had its funny moments when spidey was walking down the street dancing and all the girls were going "what you on boy; some sort of new crack?" lol .

The only real problem was that the expectations were really high for the movie and it just couldnt meet up with it. If you watched that movie without any expectations you might even like it.

I was disappointed in the movie as well. Me and my girl were like what the hell after the movie was over. But I enjoyed bits of it. It wasnt a memorable movie by any accord though. Just average.

Hmmm haven't seen it yet, but seems like everyone's saying its a big disappointment so i don't have high hopes.
