Oh, is this with Mephisto????


The pocket universe is totally the way to go. I am fairly well read about Mephisto, in Marvel.

He has offered to change things before, and that's all he ever does. HE IS NOT THE DEVIL.

Read up on Mephisto, and how and where he came from. He is an entity that came her and assumed the whole "Mephisto imagery and demon persona to feed on the projections on it.

Mephisto is not capable of turning back time, and the other times he tried, it was all illusion.


Either that, or Peter Parker is the new Ghost Crawler... and that would be a kick ass fight with Slilver Surfer. The whole saving his dying relative sounds like the Johnny Blaze story that brought Mephisto forward, whom Johnny Blaze presumed was Satan. He already tried to send Zarathos to him in Secret Wars to show Beyonder about the darker side of human morality.

Also in Universe X #9, He Who Remains (largely believed to be Mephisto) creates the Time Guardians, who safeguard that time is cyclical, and creates pocket universes. Many speculate Mephisto does this to keep from facing the fate most believe the Devil incurs. His decades of feeding off of the Devilish projections of earth's inhabitants has taken shape in his own pocket universe more than once. (hint hint)

Most people who have read Uni-X also know EARTH-616 (the Amazing Spidey's World) is the one most likely to produce pockets.
