I see burglary as a cowardly act.So,if said burglar gets shot in a subjectively 'cowardly' way,dude had it comin'.

That's what I was thinking Jig...I mean, they already OK'd it for you to blast on someone in your own crib, if anything, I thought that the story should have more focused on whether or not that included your neighbor...In many ways, he should not have been blasting, but in just as many ways, he did the right thing...If you see someone getting raped, and you don't do something to help, you are liable...Shit, if a girl claims she was getting raped and you just happened to be in the vicinity, you are liable...I don't see how something like this stops at a property line...
I guess I just don't understand people who don't understand why guns are great...
