Don't buy it.....
"If there were no eternal consciousness in a man, if at the bottom of everything there were only a wild ferment, a power that twisting in dark passions produced everything great or inconsequential; if an unfathomable insatiable emptiness lay hid beneath everything, what would life be but despair?"

I actually screwed up in posting this clip here, as we already have a 'post 9/11' thread...but this fits just as well here, beacuse this whole deal has REEKED since I started hearing "justice" and "evildoers". Actually it stunk way before that, but as always, we weren't paying attention. ](*,)
TT, that is a completely valid and understandable reaction. I myself (and this may come as a HUGE surprise to all) was nowhere NEAR the Pentagon that day, so I have way more questions than the average bear. I can't tell if you're interested in discussing this further or if you prefer to "leave well enough alone", either way is fine with me.
I've read some "x-files"-type nonesense regarding the towers that's just too funny, but at least for me, the Pentagon strike is missing a lot of answers still, and yes, it does annoy me that US citizens are so reluctant to ask questions, even at these times.
One of the first questions that was bugging me, after all the theories started pouring in was a simple one...what about the passengers list?
worst question I could've asked first, shit got even muddier...
http://911review.org/Wiki/Flight77Passengers.shtml
as far as the damage itself is concerned?
http://911research.wtc7.net/mirrors/gua ... hit-it.htm
a plane 3/4 empty? (or full depending on how you look at your glass of water), and what's with the NERD-CON passenger list?
"This looks like a charter flight for the military-industrial complex; it's almost as if this plane should have taken off from the Pentagon, rather than supposedly crashing into it."
hell...I CERTAINLY don't buy it

I don't have time to look at those links now, but I'll check them out soon and see what they're about

Yea...I saw that video but there were some flaws in it. If you can find it again, post it. I'd like to look at it again and show the flaws in it

there's a quick flash movie up in the 9/11 thread, bad quality, but the pentagon camera sequence is on the 'net as well.

Re: The Conspiracy Theory Thread
QUOTE(AYHJA)Of all the things in the world, there is nothing better than a good conspiracy...I personally enjoy the investigation aspect of it, finding out what happened and or developing my own opinion...There are several conspiracies to choose from, but for the purpose of the thread, when can discuss the most popular...The first batch:
Assasinations
1. The Lincoln assasination
2. The Kennedy assasination
3. The Martin Luther King assasination
4. The Tupac Shooting /:D" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt=":D" />
Of course, you have to be a bit of a conspiracy buff to want to talk about these, so I'm just kind of feeling around in the dark about them...It was either this, or my serial killer profiling techniques...LoL...
AYHJA
Okay Everybody knows who Tupac is but who are the other three?
And the only conspiracy I'm concerned with is "The Shrinking Burgers Conspiracy" at MickyD's/BK ...... scares the shit outa me! them suckers are the size of dimes!

Peace protesters...
http://rense.com/general63/peacegr.htm
"You may have attended one of these peace demonstrations in the past. They are moving experiences. Ineffectual, but moving."
"How does it come to be that people will admit the government lied about Iraq and Afghanistan, but not admit it lied about 9/11?"
"These are the same cynical clowns who got so many honest people worked up about the integrity of John Kerry, or the calm decisiveness of Howard Dean, and used up a zillion hours of brainpower only to take the fall last November and avoid contemplating the obviously tragic fact that with a little chutzpah that they could have overturned the election based on the crimes that were committed in Ohio and Florida. Only Kerry and Dean convinced them not to even try, further demonstrating why neither should ever have been supported in the first place."
"The true purpose of a peace demonstration is not to have a good time and go home happy. It is to kindle each other's anger and go home as pissed as possible, ready to follow through with every fiber of your being until the objective of your protest is achieved."
"And as the world continues to burn, they'll go home happy that they did something for freedom, when in the reality of this new and ugly police-state world, they will have done nothing of consequence, because they still fail to realize what really happened on 9/11, or who is really controlling them."
