^ Totally agree. Adblock plus and Noscript are add-ons I can't browse without.

Nice to see more security in a web browser. Each tab in it's own sandbox. I can't wait till they add extensions to it for some AdBlock features. :)

A long way from replacing my Firefox install, but a handy tool nonetheless...I use it often, its my second browser...

Indeed an interesting product. As others, I am still not replacing FF, but will do quite nicely as a secondary browser for the time being. However even if Mozilla is getting money from google, and chrome is intended to compete against IE, chances are that at the begining it will damage more FF's marketshare than that of IE. Later on we will see how it really copes against IE as it depends on mostly uninformed users.

Yeah, it won't fully replace Firefox for me until Firefox either becomes more secure or Chrome starts to allow extensions. The race is on between the two for me. ;)

Glad to be back!

I got this chrome not long after it came out then read some article about how it stores your browsing history and even if you go on bank website you can see it in the cache.

So I stopped using it, and wanted to change my default browser back to IE but it won't let me.

But still no Adblock or NoScript add on for it I gather?

Without these add ons, browsing the web sucks. There are adds everywhere. At least I can browse in peace with Firefox.

AdBlock has it's positives but there are many cranky webmasters out there that throw a fit if you mention it in their forums. :(

NoScript was completely annoying. I guess it's good for the paranoid but it wasn't my cup of tea for every day web browsing. It was worse than UAC for Windows Vista in my opinion.

In time add-ons/extensions will be allowed. At least it is evolving quicker than anyone expected.
