dl1...CDR...Oh man oh man...That shit is going to become verb...Like YO! you just got dl1'd..! Like being 'Jetered' haha...
OK, now, we are definitely touching on some uncharted territory...I mean, how much weight is acceptable to be gained..? All things said, I'd say about 20-30 pounds is OK...It kinds depends on where it goes too...Some people have harder time loosing weight than others, and for some (like luv) being on the type of diet that would be required to actually loose weight would be more trouble than not...It would likely require some nonstop action (mind out of the gutter please) and unless you're already a busy body, the shit just isn't going to work...
I was 210-220 most of my high school and college days...I'm now about 235-240...But I've put on more muscle mass than I had before...I still wear the same size clothes and pants...Except my button down shirts, I'm Lou Ferrigno out of them bad boys...But jeans, slacks, etc...All good...I do a fair amount of
work twice a week though just so that I can eat what I want...But..Metabolism...Has never been my friend...
I don't know girl sizes that well...Some girls have size 2 waists and size 8 asses...But on average, I guess if you go from an 8-12 that will usually mean you've gained more tits and ass and a little rounder in other places...I'm all about being comfortable...If you're on your 2nd or 3rd wardrobe because you're packing on the lbs, then I
personally find that wasteful and lazy...If you were once one size and eloped out of those and into another size, OK, cool...But at some point, you gotta check in the mirror and say, 'Damn, what the hell..?' If you lack the willpower to do it on your own (most do, even me sometimes) enlist the help of a buddy...Forget trying to be fine for someone else, loosing weight is healthy..!
On a side note, it took my neighbor 14 seconds to climb the 4 small steps to get into his house today...I immediately came in and exercised..! :p
I find it a point of personal pride...So, if I see an X and she has mercilessly packed on a few slabs of bacon, then I'm certainly glad she's an X...
