There is a universal right and wrong (for humans).

There is no other way we could have a concept of it..

Animals, they have no idea what right and wrong are. All they live by is 'survival of the fittest'..

With no right or wrong, I believe that would strip the universe of its purpose, no? And as C.S. Lewis said, if there is no purpose in the universe, there is no way for us to know that it didnt (think about it, think about if animals wonder about a purpose for the universe..)

I, as well, do not believe in reincarnation, I will make a thread on this..

damn u beat me to it ............lol............ i do not agree that animals hav no sense of right or wrong .........they do hav a means of communicating nd who knows wat rules the jungles live by............i do recognise the fact that animals do live by the survival of the fittest instinct but humans are no different ...................the human race is much more organized there for we some what rule the planet of earth

Anyway on the universal right and wrong bit ............i rekon there is no such thing its jus a myth .................if that was so every man who was born in a family where he was taught to kill nd rob would be considered evil in front of "GOD" no matter which god it is and that wud jus be wrong becoz of nurture vs nature concept (which i think i hav mentioned b4 )

Anyway....AYHJA, reincarnation and the afterlife are kind of based on the same principle. Reincarnation, tho, is about you coming back to earth after you die. That doesn't make sense. If you leave this world, how are you going to come back. The afterlife has to do with the supernatural which means you don't come back to this life at all. You move to a different and better life.

I was jus tryin to prove that how heaven and hell can be both on earth and how the concept of karma applies to our life and our reincarnation.............. the after life is a very far fetched concept if u ask me ............. coz well as i say heaven and hell are both on earth and one more thing the after life and reincarnation are 2 totally different concepts as u urself explained ............... but if we dont come back to earth then where do our souls go ?.......... The concept of reincarnation allows fo the fact of karma as well makes things more simple well not that it is simple but keeps this universe in self sustenance which is a much beta concept then after life

I do not know about animals, but it just doesnt make sense. I dont see anything to indicate that they know what it is..

What I mean about right and wrong, is that we each in our own minds are able to know what they are (for ourselves at least). If no standard existed, there is no way we could/would have any idea of right/wrong

any kind of soceity would be Catastrophically Destroyed if there werent certain rules to confide the behaviour of the beings in the soceity to a respectable level ................. such as a wolf would not hunt one of ther own pack ............and so on ...........a soceity without rules means certain Annihilation of everything in that soceity whether it be a soceity fo humans or fo animals or any other species we hav yet to know of .............
