17.3-inches is the size of the screen diagonally. That's a big laptop.

WLED is White Light-Emitting Diode. Yes, that means LED back lighting as opposed to CCFL back lighting. It just means it is thinner and uses less power. It doesn't, in any way, improve picture quality.

High Definition means it supports 720p display resolution (1280x720) and at 1600x900 actually exceeds that. No big deal as LCD monitors have supported beyond HD display capability before HD even came out. That's just advertising.

TFT is Thin-Film Transistor. Standard among modern LCD displays and doesn't even need mentioned.

TrueLife is a gimmick name for an anti-reflective screen from Dell. They don't even make their own screens.

Hi Mate,
i went for the Intel card. Works fine for me although I'm not really watching movies it at the moment, it just seems to be work which is spreadsheets etc.
I'm now hooking up to another TFT monitor & using an extended desktop, its great for work, I cant believe I didnt do that before, its so much better than the using just the laptop screen!
