i despise holding out, and i think that it should punishable by law. what if i hold out on my employer because I see them make a turn-a-round on my value that brings them higher earnings? I position that for a reappraisal.. besides you are a damn fool if you ain't playing the stock for the team you one, and you own dividends will more than accomodate your performace. royalties are more than enough.

i think that more money should go to the communities they represent and draw morale from. that's me, the idealist.

moral of the story,.. sharpen your initial negotiation skills and add more solid contingencies; and get on the field or out the game.

what if your burger king employee of the month held out for higher earnings?

Simple way to do it....If players can hold out for more money after good seasons.....teams can take away money for bad ones.
