simple answer. not really.
The Whole idea of Newtonian physics is a fixed answer exists for all like phenomenon. This is a series of infeiiderent Natural Laws.
If these limitations are not fixed, there could be no definite answer to this question. There would be only a possible acausal connecting principle that exists that is the basis of phenomenon, not a set fixed guidance of indifferent principles. since even this idea is fixed, there would also be those points in which only Newton's Laws held true.
The answer is KNOW THE LAW, and you have THE POWER OF THE LAW, whatever THE LAW MAY BE, and WHEN THE LAW MAY BE FLEXIBLE.
Look at Newton and Hooke, and the story of Light.
Which one was right? If you say Hooke, close your eyes and be blind for ever for sight is impossible!
If you say Newton, kill your computer, for it is an abomination to the Natural Laws of Physics!
