Man...that song is getting really old. Next....
"If there were no eternal consciousness in a man, if at the bottom of everything there were only a wild ferment, a power that twisting in dark passions produced everything great or inconsequential; if an unfathomable insatiable emptiness lay hid beneath everything, what would life be but despair?"

Soren Kierkegaard

That is a good song. The only good one by Simple Plan

I was just about to start a "What are you listening to right now....and why?" thread when I came across this thread from luv... (ain't search a wonderful thing - I think everyone should do it...)

I thought maybe I would "breath new life" into the thread, especially since the bug is back, but I want to add a twist...

Here is luvbugin's original post...
QUOTE(luvbugin @ Nov 19 2004, 12:11 AM) Just wanted to find out what you all are listening to right now! Personally I've had The Killers in for a while now, but I just received the new Rammstein from a very good friend and ready to switch em out....and here is the twist...

Tell us what you are listening to RIGHT NOW... as in - At This Very Moment...
As a minimum, give us the artist and the song title. Then, if you feel so inclined, expand a bit and tell us why you are listening to it... (i.e. it fits my mood right now, it was the song played during the first striptease I ever saw, etc.)

and on that note (no pun intended)....
One of the hottest strippers I have ever seen, performed one of the hottest strip teases I have ever witnessed to this song:
Sanctified by Nine Inch Nails

I'm listening to it now because it is a great memory and one that inspires me when I am hitting "the wall" on a project at work....

Barefoot - Born Slippy

Born Slippy is a techno song by Underworld (aka: freur - back in the 80s)...Barefoot stripps the song back to reveal the lyrical strengths at work. Re-arranged and re-spun with a sooothing jazzy-feel, the sassy vampish Sam Obelisk (female) fronts 'Barefoot' with accomplishment.
Nothing quite like it and one of my all time favorite covers...

Back from the dead! This is great, thanks guys. So, I should be at the gym right now, but I'm not (shhh). Yesterday morning I was listening to Nickelback on the tread and I never realized how much they sing about oral sex and hand jobs. Wtf? Listen to em and you'll see. Every song has a reference.

I have Crossfade in my sweet baby (my car). Been there almost two months now.
