Man, seeing the Lions after the game almost makes me want to cry..! LoL...They haven't beat Green Bay in Green Bay in 17 years..! 0-16 is upon us..! Damn man, if they beat the Pack, that will be like winning the damn Super Bowl for them...

They better not beat the Packers! The Pack are my favorite team and it would be humiliating to watch an 0-16 team beat mine.

So the Yankees and the Packers hmmm? I'm starting to see a pattern. Would that be rounded out by the Celtics and the Canadiens?
Just fuckin with ya TT...have to screw with the winner of the ffl. You did win right?
Anyhoo after my ridicule above of Mr Interception, now I have to root for that fuck to beat the Dolphins this week so my boys can make the playoffs. Irony...it's a bitch!

Haha nope - Blazers and Red Wings
And how the hell did the Packers lose another close game? I think 8 of their 10 losses have been by 4 points or less. If they could pull out the close games, they would be the best in the NFC. Damn..

Yeah well in the long run you're still better off losing Favre. They'll learn from this year and Rogers will keep getting better.

Yeah that's true. I love Rodgers and he will be another great Packers QB. That kid has talent and we WILL win a Super Bowl with him under center

that's how! GO BEARS!!! lol
Just kidding TT. And other than killing me in fantasy football, you like the Yankees so you can't be all that bad no? ;)
But yeah, at this point Rodgers is the better QB, and it was your lack of a running game, and problems on defense that lost you more games than anything Rodgers did or didn't do.

I've been so gassed about college ball, I almost forgot about the great games in the NFL this weekend...! Lets try to remedy that a little...
AFC
Indianapolis vs San Diego - Colts are hot, San Diego is hot...Each team with key players injured or questionable...It's a toss up really, but I think Indy runs out of gas and the Charges roll on...
Miami vs Baltimore - I like the Dolphins here...I think Baltimore's defense is good, but I just get the sense its overrated...I think the Dolphins are balanced and nifty on offense...
NFC
Arizona vs Atlanta - Matty Ice will be anything but cold, and the Cardinals will remind everyone of who they are, choking at home to a rookie QB...
Philadelphia vs Minnesota - AP will have to run for 200 yards before they beat Philly...Safe to say that the odds against that happening are slim to none...Donovan makes fans forget his dumb ass comments about ties by playing lights out...

What no Patriots?!!? Oh yeah..thanks Brett Mostoverratedpieceofgarbageintheleaguehistory Favre! (ya know you would think more people would be tipped off on him if they knew his middle name, and it's a long one huh?)
I think the two hottest teams in the NFL are playing each other and the winner will go on to rep the AFC in the San Diego Indy game. The Chargers seem to have Indy's number most of the time so I'll go with them.
I'll take Baltimore over Miami cause their D is much more dominant and Pennington will have a hard time with his screens and wildcats.
Atlanta is riding high and playing the disgraceful Cardinals. I'll let you guess who I take there...but the initials are ATL. They really are Hotlanta now.
I guess I'll go with Philly over Minny cause Philly is really the more talented team. Although I think neither team will last long in the tournament.

There were some great games this past weekend with a surprising Chargers win over the Colts (surprising to me at least).
Here are my predictions for the next round:
Arizona vs Carolina - The Cards looked really good in their wild card win, but Carolina's offense is too potent. Williams and Stewart provide the best tandem running game in football and Delhomme can still air it out very well. The Cards defense will be unable to stop them. I expect this game to be a shootout but with the Panthers winning.
Baltimore vs Tennessee - I love the potential of this game. The Titans are hot and have a very good defense, while the Ravens run one of the most effective offensive games and have Ed Reed on defense. There are very similar teams, but I like the Ravens here. Flacco will make rookie mistakes, but his defense will back him up and provide him the support he needs. Ravens win this one.
San Diego vs Pittsburgh - The Chargers shouldn't have won last week so I'm surprised that they are even here. But, they are and are facing a really good Steelers team who won during the regular season 11-10. Big Ben may be hurt and will not be 100%, but their defense is insane. Those linebackers are arguably the best in the NFL (maybe the best tandem in the past 20 years). There is no way Sproles is going to have the same kind of game as he did last week and Rivers is going to be manhandled. Steelers slaughter the Chargers.
Philly vs NY Giants - Very interesting matchup as well, but overall I see the Giants experience being key. They were here last here, of course, and know how to win close, tough games. I think McNabb will throw a couple picks simply because of his young receivers (like Jackson) and the Giants will win. It'll be close though
