Wanna know a lil' secret to gaining weight Kramer??
I had the same problem as you...turning 21 @ 125lbs...turning 25 @ 135lbs...
...I am (was) a skinny motherfucker...
Here's what you do...
Eat Breakfast
Eat Lunch
Eat a nice BIG Dinner right before you go to bed...
Set your alarm for 3:00am, get up at 3 and make yourself 2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and a glass of Milk...and scarf them bitches down...
Go back to bed
repeat every night.
eating a big dinner right before you go to bed can help on it's own but getting up at 3 and doing it again without burning any of that stuff off....sheeyit
you'll gain 75lbs. this year if you choose to do it every night..
i also reccommend working out while you do this...turn all that fat into muscle which weighs more...
...i now weigh a delicious 185 lbs.

I've actually started doing that recently... 'bout 6 or so months ago. Usually between the hours of midnight and 3 AM, I'm out in the kitchen making a snack before I go to bed. I usually make a bagel or a sandwich, make some peanut butter crackers, cheese, olives... whatever we've got in the house basically. lol
I'm not sure about any heavy workouts. I don't mind working out, but I don't wanna go to the gym and start benching 200 pounds... considering I don't have much meat on me, I think it'd just do more harm than good. Besides, I don't have the money for the gym, and I don't know of any free gyms in my area. lol
I'll probably start doing some push-ups and sit-ups and shit first. I think we've got some light weights in the basement I can lift...

Hell, if that don't work just get some Crisco and inject it straight into your bloodstream.

I gained a ton during my last two years of high school, but I haven't really gained any since then. My high school was in the worst spot if you were a fat kid... lol Within walking distance we had... McDonalds, Tim Hortons, Dairy Queen, Swish Chalet, Harvey's, Pizza Pizza, Burger King, Taco Bell... lol
Unfortunately I don't really have the money to buy fast food everyday anymore...

You wanna get fat? EAT BREAD. Lots of it. Slather on the beef dripping after a nice roast, eat duck and goose fat with a tonne of bread, lay on the nutella sandwiches by the loaf, with ANYTHING- eat bread bread bread bread bread....
I wasn't even trying to gain weight, but I kept on getting fed bread, plus it was what I had, and I gained 10 kilograms in a year. Me thighs were like tree trunks!!!!!!
Thankfully I'm much more fitter now, and don't eat so much bread....

some ppl dont realise how lucky they are.....
i used to be so skinny 4 yrs ago it wasnt funny..... now im jus to fat i struggle walking up the stairs to work....lol

3 years ago i was a skinny guy who can not gain a kilogram whatever i did. now i am continuously gaining weight but i am doing nothing different. i guess the answer is metabolism. when you reach the end of 20s your metabolism starts to give up burning calories as it used to be. and one day you realize that you have become a fatso...

You want to gain weight... stop moving, start eating, and watch the pounds add up. Become one of those Buffet Molesters you see at the mall. Then, you can get a T-Shirt that says " Winning in the fight against Anorexia" or [Walking Whale] It's my Indian name.
