Hold on! Did you ACTUALLY see Iron Man yet? I remember Episode I THE Trailer and thinking, "this is going to be the best movie of all time yo!"........and well...you know. :?

i'll say this much: Iron Man has struck the perfect balance between being based off a comic & being a film unto itself. the story doesn't suffer for the sake of a boringass cgi lightshow. nor does the action overide the story & vice versa. it is Balanced. it pisses me off that i have to wait almost 2 weeks to see it again! :disappoint:
Iron Man gets my :thumbs: :thumbs:

Uh huh...cry me a river. Seriously that's great man! Happy YOU saw it first. I think if it was any of the rest of us you woulda reached through the monitor and strangled him. God forbid any of us sees Hulk before ya!! ;)
I got press passes years ago to see Batman & Robin before anyone (normal people...the great unwashed that sort) else. I was so excited until the movie began.....blechhh...scarred eva since. :disappoint:

They say you learn something new every day. well today i learned the one of my favourite foreign films & easily one of the best & most original cinematic offerings since the millenium kicked over was from a comic book.
& also another one of my faves based off a comic seemed to have slipped my mind when i did the list. probably since it is neither superheroish nor ultra-violent like Sin City or V. so now it I have a Top 15. which is good in a way cos i got to bring 3 more i had to boot out back up again. :D ;) :think:
