oot: you do not know my views on the war, nor my views on the military nor much else. you never asked, but you might be suprised. What experience of war or the atrocities against mankind do you actually have?

oot: you admit you came here with some agenda that included espousing liberal views that you hoped to find support for. How has that worked out for you? I don't think liberalism nor conservatism are exclusive of each other, and stated what my reasons for using the term conservative are.

had you bothered to get to know us, you would know that alot of us have tolerance for views that are not our own. Buff is part of this crowd, but then you even attack ME - I am the second person on the roster of this forum. Only Ayhja himself is older in regards to it, and he and I have a kinship that predates this forum by years. He is the progenitor of it, and to his credit, I thank him for providing us such a great forum. and both of us got beef with the people making decisions that affect the US.

Had you bothered to get a bit of wear in your shoes before you come squeaking up the floors, you would see EVERY post Buff makes in the worldwide section comes from FOX, Rush, Newsmax, or some other Right-ist publication. That is him and while I disagree with the spin on some of it, it is directly in contrary reactive position to some of the extreme left stuff that people post... like that crap about some russian anti-american YOU spit in here without provocation. He does this in regards to these anti-American posts, mostly by people who are NOT Americans.

I have NEVER once seen a non-American come here to the worldwide section and not attack us for being Americans. go to http://www.usarmy.com and carry your beef, or spray your vinegar at http://www.uscongress.gov or whatever. We don't make the rules! but we ain't fumin mad over Canadian laws either. This is not http://www.GOUSAUSAUSA.com.

If you want to post YOUR anti-american views, do so on your "about me" section. Go in the meet-n-greet and say hey, this is ootpoot, and I got no love for the USA, check my profile for some great anti-american sentiments. AND LET IT GO. you can even make a post to the russian defect guy you give us daily updates on.

Buff - you post stuff from cnn? oh... they aren't rightwing are they? *shrug*...

I personally prefer small town stories from local papers, or products of research. Big news is rarely driven by anything but business. I don't rubberneck the news networks, never said I did. I stand corrected if you post a lot from MSNBC and CNN, but I hear "liberal media" and "mainstream media" in some of your posts... and it does make an impression.
