See I have no interest in this. The Spirit to me is like the Green Hornet or The Shadow. Old as dirt superheroes that I've heard a little about as a kid but never read anything by them. Plus the look of it as a Sin City deal is cool but it makes it look too much like a comic. If I wanted to read a comic I'll read a comic. That's why the Dark Knight was so cool, took comic material and made it realistic. It was a cool look as a one shot in SC but I think it panders if used more than once.
Well that's my rant, didn't mean to offend you guys and I hope you like it. I'll probably go watch Tom Cruise vs Hitler.

I have liked every Frank Miller adaptation to film so far. One of the best comic book writers ever.

My one fear about this movie was that it would turn out too much like a cartoon. I was hoping for the grit and violence of Sin City with some more sexuality and nudity.
That's how you should do these kind of noir characters. :think:
I might check it out on dvd if the bad reviews don't get any worse. :laff:
