That would be Miss September 1967 and 1968 PMoY, Angela Dorian. The character's name was based on her real name - Victoria Vetri.

Miss November 1968, Paige Young. She died 6 years later. Her favourite authors included Whitman, Voltaire and Kipling if I remember correctly.
