Ali......hands down was the best fighter to ever walk the earth.

Mike Tyson was great but NEVER achieved as much as he could have. He was given a lot of bad advice and made a shitload of bad choices that caused him to end up as nothing more than circus act. He was extremely powerful and when he was coming across the ring to take someone's head off, I can't imagine that there would have been more scary site in the world.

Watching Ali was like watching an artist paint...... he could brawl, he could jab you to death, and if his opponent was a lot stronger than he was......he'd move around the ring until they were gasping for air, then put'em out of their misery.

I liken Tiger Woods to Ali....an athlete in complete control of their game and the players around them. While I would say that Tyson falls in the same category as a John Daly...awesome power and the ability to dominate but can't control shit.

Shit man, I was sleepy until I saw the Ali clips....That's just beautiful boxing...Dudes fucking hand speed was Amazing, he dropped his ass SO fast w/that 1-2 combo man...While he was walking backwards...Fucking incredible...Dudes sittin' there lookin' like Ali was just playin' with dudes, Mike came out and won a bunch of fights in a row, but I bet you you heard them dudes say, "26-0" behind Ali's name too...Dude was a complete fighter...In excellent shape, to my knowledge has never been knocked out, and boxed with power, finesse, and precision...

Habib, watch the clip..!!

Speed > Power, always...You got a dude with a shitload of power in his hands but no speed, a man with speed will beat the shit outta him everytime...Case and point, Roy Jones Jr. vs John Ruiz...Ruize wanted to get in there and rough up RJJ, and instead got himself a ring side nose job, RJJ beat him bloody...I don't even think Ruiz landed a punch, LoL...

Speed kills in boxing Homez, bleedat.!

Watch some Tyson fights. There must be a lot that Tyson is doing in his own fights that Ali couldn't do. There must be definitely something. LOL stop being biased on Mohammad Ali!

We haven't even talked about the quality of their respective opponents.....

How do you mean?

And I watched the clip AYHJA, LOL
Well, speed and power are both equal. If the guy with power gets the guy with speed once, he's gone.

Like, have you watched "Undisputed"? Did you see the way and manner that Ving Rhames punished Wesley Snipes even though Snipes was faster?

Man, I just know you didn't pull some movie bullshit outta your ass to back up your points to REAL boxing...I KNOW you didn't just do that....In fact, I'm going to pretend that shit was a joke, and wait for your real comment...That's like me saying the fucking coyote can't beat roadrunner cause the road runner is faster....OMG...

Sigh...

Speed and power are NOT, I repeat NOT equal...You say you lift weights, damn son, how the hell you type that and it make sense to you...What makes sense in weightlifting: The fact that you can benchpress 45 pounds much faster than you can benchpress 225..? Wow...

This is what we call 'analytical thinking', it's not dickriding...Nobody is playing favorites, I've already said that Mike Tyson was a tremendous fighter...But for one, when he ran up on a fighter that had more or less the same style as Ali, he got beat to sleep...

And like Rim said, we not even gonna get to the quality of fights, Ali was fighting dudes like Joe Frazier, George Foreman...Tyson fought some quality opponents, but none so much as the caliber that Ali did...Mike scared the shit outta people, he wouldn't have scared Ali...Fighters that fought Tyson admitted that they were trying to survive, not win...Ali would have used his speed to stay away from Mike, and with Mike having that poor defense, looking for the haymaker that would have never came...
