QUOTE(Lost Ghost)

The Suns got dismantled by a 19 year old, they have nothing on the Pistons.

Believe me folks, I don't live in Detriot, I was hoping and praying for the Lakers to CRUSH them in the championship last year. I am not neccisarly a fan, I'm just speaking the truth. I know enough about basketball to understand why they won last year, and with Antonio McDyess and the other players they added, they will be unstoppable.

QUOTE(Lost Ghost)Suns beating the Lakers has no baring on the fact that they will get STOMPED by the pistons...and probably their fans lmao.

J-O was fucking breaking skulls lmao.

Back on the topic. The Suns...you're opinions are no longer even listened to. The Spurs, T-Wolves, Kings, Lakers, Rockets, Jazz....hell the whole fucking conferrance is better than them, they are impressive, but winning the conferance...never, the title...probably not for the rest of the franchise.

For the second time now, shut up with your stupid updates on how they are doing now, wait until the end of the season.

shit...

if the beginning of the season doesn't matter...
they should just start the season in march eh?

Not a bad idea, the beginning of the season is just for everyone to get back into the swing of things, hench the term "already in mid-season form" it takes most teams until mid-season to get into their full groove, which is why the end of the season is much more important, it has more relavance to who will do well in the playoffs. Remember back when the Bucks were like 19-2...? That never worked out, I think the Suns will make the playoffs, but any further than 1st or 2nd round would be a surprise.

Yeah, teams w/the best regular season record, unless you're the Chicago Bulls, doesn't say much...

Hmm...

I think Minnesota had the best record last year, didn't they..? I know know much about the Suns, but I think that they have only lost about what, 3 games..? Impressive, especially since they are out west...I know I like Stoudamire, and his willingness to poke on anybody...

And say what you will, if they can fuckin' get Kobe to share the rock, the Larkers are a GOOD team...The Mihm kid, Odom, And Vlade...They can make some moves if the offense gels...

Don't forget Carron Butler and Luke Walton........::sighs:: I miss fisher and horry and phil and all the rest.

But yeah, arguing about how much the regular season matters is ridiculous.

Why start the thread?

Didn't you start this thread, Sherlock?

Why did you bother if nothing that is happening presently makes any difference at all? Boats about the Pissed-ons all you want; they earned it. Forget the Lakers, they're awful. And please, discount the Sonics, everyone else has, and they don't seem to mind being wrong.

Why is it ok to discount the Sonics but build a civilization on the Sun's nutsack?

I did make this thread, and never does it say in the orginal post "so yeah, please give me an update of every win or loss and explain how OF COURSE that makes every team a sure winner come postseason"

The Lakers will be good in time, they were all just thrown together with a new coach this season, none of the starters around Kobe were even on that team last year. It takes time to build trust and a cohesive, working team unit. Most teams just accquire the missing piece, Eagles, Suns, but this team was completely revamped from the ground up, so get off their jocks for not being 31-0.
