LOL!!! Aight...bring it on. With some new member here, it should be interesting.

Adoption is just killing your baby.. because you cant ever see him/her again..
OH SHITFIRE! why did it have to be an Abortion Debate?
Firstly, Logic (to use a metaphor) where is your logic? My brother in his younger days got a girl pregnant, due to both thier ages (18) They decided to adopt the baby out. It was tough, but it was not DEATH. 18 years later a young lady rocked up to my brothers door and it was a HUGE surprise.
Standing there was a beautiful young lady with a massive family resemblance... We have since taken her into our lives and our hearts. She is a treasure, and is now married with 5 boys of her own. Had her mother Aborted her, she would be DEAD. not just gone but DEAD. We would never have had her in our lives enriching us.
Now it is true that not every adoption turns out sweetly, some do. No abortions turn out sweetly. They are a quick, easy solution to a complex problem. Many young mothers that abort suffer psychological problems and scarring.
The Abortion abate has at its core two central questions to answer.
1/When is a fetus alive? - I believe at the moment of conception
2/Does the mother/woman own the fetus/baby? Feminist rhetoric aside
a man helped to conceive that fetus. Also does a woman "own" the fetus? Well on the 22nd of September 1863 President Abraham Lincoln (my Favorite Prez) declared all slaves freed. Period. No one could own another legally in the USA. So once again does a woman own the life in her body - No she is just the guardian.
The biology of it is that the mother and babies blood NEVER mix. the Baby is attached to the mother by a wonderful thing called a placenta. This allows the nutriants to pass through but not the blood. that is why mother and child frequently have differing blood types. I have four abso-fucking-lutely wonderful kids. I have been there for the birth of ALL four. The thought of murdering any of them for being an inconvenience is totally REPUGNANT!
Most kids aborted could have either been prevented (shit you know how cheap friggin' condoms are now?) or dealt with differently. Finally I agree there are some cases were abortion is the ONLY option. Rape, Incest, and MAJOR health problems (the Risk of Death) spring to mind.
I apologise if I have offended anyone but the most evocative issue on the whole planet now is abortion! My wife and I have discussed it a lot. Did you know that even China is re-thinking the abortion issue? Too many women were choosing to abort a baby because it was a girl child. Now they have too many males.
Normally I keep my views on abortion to my self as they tend to stir things up. sigh... ah well... lost another bunch of potential friends... /sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad.gif" />
