well that's just it,it wasn't intentional cheese like say the FF films are full of,Ube. so it grates badly.
J-Lo. you saying she wouldn't have been at least great eye candy in Elektra's red joint? & her dancer's bod & background would've given any HUMAN fight scene some cred. i saw dat Enough movie on cable. she could scrap.
the origin was the one solid part of the movie. the main reason DD appeals to comic buyers is that he is human & blind. albeit with the other 4 senses heightened. the book never had a huge following until Miller did his original run in the late 70s when he totally changed it up from just being the poor man's Batman & added much needed dimension to it.
at the end of the day,it was a poorly executed movie. if audiences continue to accept swill of that poor standard, the studios will keep on dishing out more shit like it & Ghost Rider,X3 & Elektra.
see you said it yourself: horned tights. it was heavy bondage leather gear. nothing akin to or anywhere near tights. guys like him & Spidey need mega flexible costumes as the both traverse the city skyline & do a lot of running & jumping. & as you said , DD is no different from Batman physically, so why all the bad Matrix stuff? Val Kilmer's Batman outDaredeviled Daredevil himself by 8 odd years..raum wrote:I liked the Daredevil costume. Honestly, a man with horned tights ..
elektra was a train wreck. no one could ever do her justice.
Face it, they needed to give Daredevil an origin and a motivation
