If there was a forum for fantasy sports on here, I could certainly handle the moderator job there. I LOVE fantasy sports. Every year for baseball, basketball, football, NASCAR once in a while, Hockey once in a while, and even golf, I do about 10-15 leagues. That is what keeps me active.
Not to mention my 8 Diamond Mind baseball simulation leagues that span from a 1946 league, to a 1996 league that moves backwards in time (Ozzie Smith, Andre Dawson, Alan Trammell, etc. just became draftable this season since he retired in 96. Older is better since we move backwards in time), to a few different current season leagues. I try to stay active somehow.

Yea I've been doing Fantasy Sports for years but only as a hobby with friends. Last year was the first year I've done it without my close friends. So I don't do too much research because of time commitment but I do love playing them

Seriously... I am always here for help if you need it. We may compete in ESPN.com and you will get no help there, but I do a ton of research and know my stuff. Don't hesitate to ask.

FSN's Mike Barrett spent time with Brandon Roy this week and came away clearly impressed. "Roy is mature beyond his years and appears more than ready to represent this year's recruits," he writes. "He has an aura about him that screams superstar, both on and off the court." Roy is clearly the favorite to win Rookie of the Year at this point, if he can work his way into the starting five for Portland.

To no one's surprise, Stephon Marbury is pushing for Kevin Garnett to land in New York.
"I would love to play with Kevin," Marbury said. "We would love for him to come to New York. If he wants to play with me in New York, that would be great. That's the only way it's going to happen, because I'm in New York." He went on to say that he's had to deal with many more hardships than KG and he's probably right. "My situation has been a lot more grueling," he continued. "I've had to defend myself with the media as a person and as a basketball player." I am expecting Marbury to have a big fantasy year, so feel free to make him your No. 1 point guard this season.

Ruff, if you have ideas that can bolster the sports section or you want to get some fantasy stuff in high gear...You dont' need no mod stripes to do that...Organize it, keep us posted, make suggestions for things you want done that will help you do the job, etc...Like if I create a 'fantasy sports' user group or subforum...
My site is your site man, you come up with the ideas and plans, and we'll all do what we can to see them realized...
Mandizzle came aboard and said, 'hmm, I think we need music and movie downloads, I can post some shit...' You see what was born of that, right..? I have no qualms about doing whatever work you need done to make this happen...Your baby man, run with it if you want...There are lots of people here interested in sports, and will play fantasy, but admittedly I need to be babied a little bit, because I tend to get wrapped up in other things...
Think about it M8...

I will start posting a fantasy take on baseball, basketball, and football in a thread like the 2006-2007 NBA thread I started. I LOVE fantasy sports and do like 15 leagues per sport every year. I am in like 24 football leagues. I got down on that shit hardcore. And, I know the fantasy impact of trades and injuries.
But, there will be NO article to be posted with it. The fantasy stuff is purely MY take on something. It is MY opinion and not that of a pro writer.

I understand that about Fantasy Sports but if you report about injuries or someone taking another person's starting spot there are articles for those and I for one would appreciate reading those
