Marvel Entertainment announced its fourth quarter and full year operating results this morning, and with it came the news that you'll be seeing the first trailer for The Incredible Hulk in early March. Our guess is that it will hit theaters with Warner Bros.' PG-13 rated 10,000 B.C. on March 7 (if that's true, make sure you call your theater to see if the trailer is playing with the showtime you're thinking of attending, as it will likely not be on every screen) and then with the R-rated Universal (the studio releasing "Hulk" in theaters) pic Doomsday on March 14.

Also, it was revealed that, because of the writers strike and possible actors strike, Marvel Studios will have one in-house release in the later part of 2009, instead of two like this year (Iron Man and The Incredible Hulk), but it's anyone's guess right not if that is Ant-Man, Captain America, Thor or The Avengers. We have a feeling (again, this is not official) that it will be the Matthew Vaughn-directed Thor, but we'll see. In 2010 and onward, they expect to release two films per year again.

Here is Marvel's updated slate of projects:

The Incredible Hulk Trailer Update
Source: Superhero Hype!
March 5, 2008

A couple of weeks ago, Marvel announced that you'll be seeing the first trailer for The Incredible Hulk in early March, and we guessed that it might hit theaters with 10,000 BC this weekend and then with the Universal (the studio releasing "Hulk" in theaters) pic Doomsday on March 14.

We've now heard a bit more, and it looks like instead of releasing it this weekend, Universal wants to debut the trailer at ShoWest in Las Vegas next week (we'll be in attendance). Universal will be doing their presentation on Thursday morning (March 13) at 11am, so we assume it will be shown at that time.

We'll have to wait and see when it will come online!

damn i was lookin' fwd to this. ah well..

I still am not sure I see the Betty I see in the Hulk comics...

but Liv is gorgeous and can act, Ed Norton looks like he "gets it"
and that movie trailer gives me hope for the Hulk Movie I been waiting for.

and peep that reference to Bill Bixby, complete with green wide eyes with the rest of the face dark! YEAH!
