Hmmmm...curses...the Red Sox. I wonder what that's like?

Sorry to hijack the thread with my own personal sports Hell. What do you fellas think of the Lakers-Jazz game today. Although I think Utah will have their lunch handed to them I will be rooting the piss out for them.

The Jazz/Lakers series will be over tomorrow...But, I just got done watching the Trailblazers and the Rockets, and I'm wondering...Does Greg Oden do anything besides foul..?

Greg Oden plays like he looks...old! He may get better but being a Boston fan I think we dodged a BIG bullet when we missed out on drafting that stiff.

As for the Lakers/Jazz....I smell upset. ;)

Well, so much for that upset..! What you do smell, my friend, is the C's going down in 5 to the Magic...

The Lakers are in for a fight, we can see that now...Denver is looking good man...

Yeah Boston is playing on fumes... ...so I'm thinking out in 6. I just don't see LA getting to the Finals though either. Denver does look great. I'm thinking it's going to be 'Mello V. King James....with LeBron on top.

Oh, I don't have a doubt, if anyone besides the Lakers go to the finals, the Cavs will win...I think LeBron vs Kobe would reach epic heights as a rival, that new Bird vs Magic everyone has been looking for...I don't think the other teams in the west have the swag to take L.A. out...But, I will reserve my judgment on tonight's game...They come out and stomp Houston, and we'll know something...They go down 2-0, and they can kiss it goodbye...

Well I think they'll get by Houston pretty handily but I just look at Denver and they are red hot and playing D like motherfuckers right now. They came outa nowhere but look dangerous as hell.

I'd hate to see Kobe and LeBron match up like Bird and Magic, at least as it's presently constituted. If he's in New York in two years yeah then it would be cool but LA and Cleveland? Oh the humanity! :p

Ok, wow who watched Game 3 of Lakers vs. Houston and saw Kobe's shot @ the buzzer to end the 2nd quarter?

This guy was just born to do it...he's a basketball assassin...
