I know it's not the right thread, but I was responding to DL who started off posting in the wrong thread

Whoa whoa whoa there muchacho I posted in the right thread. I made a brief Fantasy comment then gave an opinion on the NFL (the real League)...

I can't believe the Dolphins beat the Pats today! Ronnie Brown just tore it up. Believe it or not, but the Pats have only lost 3 games since Nov 2006 - 2 of them to the Dolphins

I'd say that was the shock of the week. Maybe they should just play without a qb and let Brown take all the snaps.

They have lost zero times in the regular season in over 717 days(I think), and their last regular season loss was to the Miami Dolphins back in the 06' season.

I actually picked Miami to win this game in a "pick 'em" league, so it wasn't a shock to me, but I had no idea that they would blowuptuate the way they did. I was only in a 3% margin in my choice, but I also picked the Rams to upset the Seahawks. Also, even though there is still time on the clock, I can't believe this is the first time Dallas is gonna win against Green Bay at Lambeau Field. :disappoint:

Tangent to discuss:
Well, it is now solidified: the NFC is by far and undisputedly the best division in the NFL. The record will stand now at 8-0 against the rest of the NFL this season. It is also worth noting that 3 of the alotted maximum 6 teams that entered the playoffs in the NFC were that of NFC east teams (even though 3 teams of any division in a playoff is the maximum, given you would have one clinching the division, and two available wildcard spots). Hm... none of the teams went below .500 at the end of the season either.

Oh the Patriots lost yesterday? That must be why I have huge hunks of hair ripped outa my head....oh the glory days they be gone...

And oh yeah the NFC is by far the superior league now. As bad as the Patriots are now they still are in the mix as one of the best teams in the AFC only because everyone else stinks too! Denver and San Diego look great on offense but can't stop anyone on D. Indy looks like a shell of it's former self and Jacksonville and Pittsburgh look average to below average all around too. Shockingly enough the best team so far on both sides of the ball looks to be....gulp...the Buffalo Bills? Yikes.. :?

[off topic]Start Grace Kim thread[/off topic]

Damn you dl1, you always have me thinking about everything other than the topic at hand...

Didn't watch any NFL yesterday...Shit just seems subpar compared to all the action I see on Saturdays...Actually, I did watch or listen to parts of the Saints/Broncos game...When I heard that the Pats got thrashed by the fucking Dolphins, I'm even more proud of my decision...

I think the Cowboys are the most balanced team in the NFL, if they win their first playoff game, they will win the Superbowl...

Hey man, I say fuck it...

The Cowboys are probably the best team that haven't won it...I don't expect surprises...The Giants were EXTRA motivated to beat the Pats...A win is a win, but you can't tell me that the fins are as proud of the victory as they would be if All World QB was playing...

There's no team out there that can get the proverbial erection from the other team like the Pats did...It makes their season last year, ever though it was a close loss, even more special, cause you know the teams they faced did EVERYTHING in their power to defeat them, and it took a miracle play to do it...The old rivalries I think are dead in meaning if not in spirit...

I'm just down on the NFL for some reason, I don't know...
