J - The appdata thing didn't work. All I want to do really is copy all my firefox bookmarks, extensions & passwords over. What I did was copy the profiles folder over to 7. Should I just copy the whole Mozilla folder over to 7 & replace the existing one?
Firefox isn't that convenient. You can export bookmarks (as an HTML file) and then import them again but extensions and passwords won't carry over.
There is this extension for Firefox that will export saved passwords:

Bit of help here please. My desktop has been slowly creating and accumulating these folders in the C Drive. Within each folder are MRT files ranging in size from 35mb to 194mb. I never encountered that with previous versions of windows until now with 7. Strangely my netbook which also runs 7 as a dualboot doesn't have those same MRT folders. I should mention the desktop is a shared 'puter while my netbook isn't. What is the cause for these files and how can I fix it?!?

MRT folders..? My first guess is some sort of shadowing, but could also be system restore...Where are you seeing these folders..?

In the main C Drive where the OS is. My Computer>C Drive. There are about a dozen of those folders where the MRT files are. Accumulated roughly over the last 12 months. I know it's got something to do with Microsoft's Malicious software Removal Tools. I want to know if it's safe to delete those folders as they are taking up room.?

If they are on the root, like the main C:\, then I would suspect a virus unless you put a program on your PC that creates them for some reason. Windows will rarely (ie almost never) put stuff on the root. The big thing that will eat up space are files under your "C:\Windows\WinSxS" folder. I checked mine and it was eating up over 21.3GB of data.
I used the instructions in this link and it's down to 6.25GB:

Looked up MRT and most of what I found applies to the following program.
Not running Windows, but found this. Don't know if it applies to your situation or not.
Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/890830/
How to remove the Malicious Software Removal Tool
The Malicious Software Removal Tool does not use an installer. Typically, when you run the Malicious Software Removal Tool, it creates a randomly named temporary directory on the root drive of the computer. This directory contains several files, and it includes the Mrtstub.exe file. Most of the time, this folder is automatically deleted after the tool finishes running or after the next time that you start the computer. However, this folder may not always be automatically deleted. In these cases, you can manually delete this folder, and this has no adverse effect on the computer.

Yeesh... I just checked my own winsxs folder (which I didn't know existed before today, when I read this thread), and it was taking up 10.4 GB in 56,000+ files on my root drive.
Thanks much for the elucidation, jdog and 5829!
