If this is what happens when people are caught selling flowers illegally, I wonder what happens when they catch people selling drugs.

They might sell flowers that are a noxious plant in the country, eg. lantana. That I suppose would be illegal, as the plant gets out of hand and causes destruction to native plants.

...or maybe selling flowers without the governmet taking a share of it, even though the farmers never got help during the growing process. Not that THAT was it, just an idea... :roll:
