Rapper w/t best vocal delivery

A debate if you will, about who you guys think was the better of the two vocally, as in delivery, between Tupac and Biggie...Not so much the lyrics, just the way that they were said....

i love em both but everytime i hear biggies voice i cant help but picture a fat guy.....
my lil cuz didnt know either of them since hes 8 but i let him listen to biggie n he said jus sounds like a fat guy rapping....

Gotta go to Tupac....
Biggie's voice alone wasn't all that great, but the husky gritty stories he told using his voice is part of what made him great..

Tupac of course. between both of these guys tupac is a more influential rapper. more people relate to what what tupac went through.
