Well, in my experience Dell is really crap. About a year ago we replaced all the pcs at the office. All new Dells. Within just one year about one fifth of the pcs have required replacement parts. Before we had Compaqs and in 4 years not a single one had a problem. Naturally Dell will never be considered again for our office equipment.
