All this mornig I've downloaded many files from rapidshare...now...
I have a problem:

I download a file... size: 7Mb
I reopen rapidshare, I want to download another file, always of 7Mb and...


IT'S IMPOSSIBLE...

7 MB and I've reach the max??????and I have to wait 120 min???

I'm worried....

Rapidshare is just ridiculous now... they were never any good for free users before, but its just gotten worse...

It's because their system of math doesn't recognize 0 as anything other than a placeholder....
... screws up all of their math....

Actually, this has been going on for sometime...
I was convinced long ago that they just pull random numbers out of their ass to piss off the free users
in hopes that they'll just pay-up for the service....

Don't wory shellvpower, that shit happens to me too, RapidShare are just idiots, that's why I prefer MegaUpload, immediately you finsish a download, you can download another file straight away WITHOUT the use of any stupid special software.
And the worst thing is, suppose you started downloading that file, and you MISTAKENLY cancelled it, and try again to download the file, you're in trouble, you have to wait for another 2 hours, all messed up.

I HATE RAPIDSHARE....anything is better that rs....

now Another bad news...

I've downloaded another file,7 Mb, and as I always do, I've started the page for the other file when the first was finished...
And that what I've saw:


I think that now RS do this:

1)speed-break when you reach 50Mb
2)every 50Mb you have to wait 120 Minutes instead of 1 hour...
3)you can't download file after file immediately, you have to wait 2 minutes betwwen each file you want to download...

Well guys...

I am sorry that RapidShare is fucking up your life...And I really wish that I had a solution other than to get an account or become Cafetaos, but I don't...Quite simply, for the mass uploader like myself, no other free service can compare...

The recent issues are probably because they recently upgraded their service to accomodate 300 MB files...

For premium account users, there is just nothing better...As long as you remain a premium user, your files are never deleted...Shit, it is the best file service I have at this point, had I been uploading my shit to RS instead of 1337, I'd feel alot better, lol...On top of that, if you get enough downloads, you get free months...I have had the service almost a year, and only really spent about 4 or 5 months to have it...Like this month, I rotated my points and got a free month...

But you cant take a look around the forums and see what has happened everytime we have went away from RS...Those free servers crash seemingly the next day, and those of us that work like hell to get them uploaded, have to go back and reupload them...I can't begin to explain how frustrating that is...The truth of the matter is that even though its a PITA, just install Rapget, which eliminates those mistakes like Habib said, and go about it as you must...I am hoping to get into the business of reselling RS accounts, which will mean cheaper accounts for everyone that can afford one, and or get into the business of having a few shared accounts between good members here...

Also, I would be glad to make mirrors for just about any file that I upload, just ask..!

I think that there is a solution...

1.
Every release (of one file) have two mirror...one on RS and another one on another file hosting...

2.
if someone have to do a release of 3 or more files, you can upload one file on RS, the second in megaupload the third in another file hosting...

RS have a good speed...
but...

Magaupload is good now, or sendspace, or keepmyfile is very very very good!! we can use this sometime istead of RS
