What teams do you guys follow? My personal favorite is the Colorado Buffaloes, hopefully they can improve from the Gary Barnett era.

I am a Miami fan first and foremost, and I also follow Texas, USC, and any team that runs the option as its primary offense...The great thing about college football is that if there's a game on, no matter who it is, you can watch it and still have fun...That's the primary thing about college football that I think makes it better than pro, nobody wants to watch a game between two NFL teams that are 4 - 8, LoL...

I've gotta go with my local team in University of Oregon. They've got themselves a premeir team. I also like Wisconsin Badgers. I loved Barry Alveraz...it'll be interesting to see how they do without him this year

I don't watch much college football, but I do like Texas. I might try to make a better effort this year to watch it.

Texas will not be the same without Vince Young. I would be a Texas fan because both of my sisters and my brother go to school there, but I was raised in Boulder, Colorado. The Buffaloes and the Broncos rule my universe.

I watch whatever games I can catch, and as Ayhja said....no matter the teams or the records...it's always entertaining.

Just from the dynasties I've put together in my NCAA CF.....I root for FSU...

Florida: 20 questions
By Times Staff
†™¢¢¬…¡¢‚¬Å¡‚© St. Petersburg Times
published August 28, 2003

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Steve Spurrier, Gators coach from 1990-2001, was hired away from what school?

2. Who went into fall practice in 1984 as the Gators' starting QB?

3. Who was the only black quarterback to start for the Gators from 1983-2002?

4. What did Florida do in Charley Pell's last game as coach?

5. What did the Gators do the week after tying FSU 31-31 in 1994?

6. Pepe Lescano was the top backup to starting quarterback Kerwin Bell in 1987. What was his previous role with the squad?

7. From 1983-1989, coaches Charley Pell, Galen Hall and Gary Darnell combined to beat Georgia twice. How many wins did Steve Spurrier have against the Bulldogs in his 12 seasons?

8. In 1989, Florida beat LSU 16-13 on a final-play, 41-yard field goal in what was Galen Hall's last game as coach (he was fired because the program violated NCAA rules). Who quarterbacked the Gators on the final drive and who made the kick?

9. In 1993, who did quarterback Danny Wuerffel find for a 28-yard touchdown pass with three seconds left to beat Kentucky 24-20 in Lexington?

10. Unranked Florida (3-4) rallied from how many points down to beat No. 5 Auburn 18-17 at home in 1986? And how did it happen?

11. What filled the stadium during Florida's 27-10 Gator Bowl win over North Carolina State on New Year's Eve 1992?

12. Against what team did running back Emmitt Smith make his first college start, and how did he fare?

13. Who did Florida beat in Steve Spurrier's first game as coach and what was the score?

14. Florida earned its first No. 1 ranking after beating No. 6 Auburn 14-10 on the road in 1985. What happened the following week?

15. The 1996 national champion Gators scored a school-record 611 points. How many times did they top the 50-point mark?

16. Florida ended a six-game losing streak to Georgia in 1984 with a 27-0 rout. In that win, which two Gators connected on a 96-yard touchdown pass, the second-longest in school history?

17. How many times were the Gators ranked in the AP poll in the 1990s out of a possible 169 weeks?

18. The Gators were first in the SEC in 1984, '85 and '90, but won their first official conference title in 1991. Whom did they beat to clinch it, where was the game and what was the core?

19. Why was reserve quarterback Shane Matthews booted off the team in 1989?

20. What was the outcome of Spurrier's final game?

RATINGS

20 correct - No, Coach Spurrier, we won't refer to you as a "genius."

16-19 - Among your keepsakes are a "Give 'em Hell Pell" bumper sticker, a shirt that says "Gators 28, National Champions 3" and a set of orange and blue suspenders.

12-15 - Very likely, you didn't start following the team until Spurrier arrived. Now, go read up on Charley Pell like a good little Gator. You can start at the NCAA Hall of Infractions.

Less than 12 - Definitely a fair weather croc.
