I am certain this is evidence Castro died or is VERY close to death, and is passing explicit instruction and information to countries dedicated to agression against the U.S. this is the first OFFICIALLY open anti-American summit.
and now reports of Venezuela extracting uranium... no doubt will go hand in hand with iran's delay of enrichment processes as they seek to new technology for higher centrifuge capacity.
