How do the two cities compare..? Do you visit or hang out in Dallas often..? I've been to Dallas a few times, but never to Longhorn land...We've been looking at some houses, and compared to where we live now, there are some really good deals on houses in Dallas...I'll have to grab some Demographic info on Austin and see what's what, but I think real estate in a big time college town is a little higher...
