RS go crazy

I don't know what's happened, but I've download from RS (free) 4-5 files each of 4-5Mb
When I've started to download another file it says that I have to wait 8750 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!
IS IT POSSIBLE?
Is an error of the RS servers?
